There is something special about the fan district in Richmond, Virginia. Richmond fan houses have their own distinct character and old Southern charm. Richmond Fan Houses
The Fan District is a residential neighborhood consisting of late-nineteenth and early-twentieth century homes. The area is called the fan because the streets form a “fan shape”. The fan is made up of historic townhouses with beautiful window boxes, large front porches with stately columns and colorful front doors.
